What kind of Problems can be helped with Hypnosis?

It is important to distinguish between “psychological” problems and “physiological” problems, with the latter being problems that are mainly due to some particular “physical” problem (for example Paranoia can be either a problem of “brain chemistry” or a “thinking pattern”.

It is advisable to seek a proper medical diagnosis prior to engaging in a course of Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy to ensure that the appropriate treatment is provided if such a medical problem is identified.

The treatments available through Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy have evolved significantly over an extended period of time and today there are numerous techniques and methods within the field, all of which use a slightly different approach.
